SERVINGS:2 PIZZA
INGREDIENTS
FOR SUPER SOFT PIZZA BASE DOUGH:
- 1 cup menda flour
- ½ tsp Rava
- 1 tsp Sugar
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp dahi - to make the dough
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ glass water
FOR PIZZA SAUCE :
- 1 kg tomato
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp sugar
- few chilli flakes
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon & cloves powder
- few oregano
FOR MAKING PIZZA :
- 3 tsp Pizza Sauce
- 150 gms cheese
- 1 tsp butter
- few sliced capsicum
- 3 sliced tomato
- few bolid corn
- few jalapeno, chopped
- few sliced olives
- chilli flakes & oregano
INSTRUCTIONS
- Fistlly, in small bowl add 1 cup menda flour, 1 tsp sugar, ½ tsp Rava, ¼ tsp baking soda, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp oil, 2 cup maida / plain flour, 1 tsp dahi, ¾ cup water, ½ tsp baking powder, ¾ cup water, ¼ glass water mix welll and take rest of 30 minutes.
- After, 30 minutes divide dough into tow ball size pice.
- Then weave it and poke with fork.
- Bake it with medium flam and Bake until browned.
- Cut 1 kg of tomatoes in half and put them in the cooker and let 3 whistles blow and peel them.
- Blend it well and put on gas.
- Than add salt to test, 1 tsp sugar, few chilli flakes, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp cinnamon & cloves powder, few oregano and mix well.
- boil on high flam and pizza sauce is redy.
- Take 1 tsp butter on tawa and place pizza base on tawa.
- Spread 3 tsp pizza sauce on the pizza base and Grate the cheese on it.
- Than put 4-5 sliced of capsicum and 2-3 sliced of tomato , few boled corn and lots of Grate cheese.
- Put few jalapeno,chopped, few sliced olives.
- Now cover and simmer for 8 minutes or till cheese melts completely.
- finally, slice the tawa pizza and serve hot with chilli flakes and oragano toping.

notes:
firstly, knead the dough well else the pizza base will be chewy. also, roll thin else the pizza base will not cook uniformly. additionally, top with vegetables of your choice to make it more nutritious. finally, tawa pizza recipe needs to be cooked on low flame to prevent from burning.
