INGREDIENTS
- 1.5kg besan
- 2 cup Oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 1&½ tsp Baking soda
- 4 tsp ajma(parsley)
- A little water
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add 2 cups oil to 1.5 kg chickpea flour, add 2 tsp salt, 1 & 1/2 tsp baking soda, 4 tsp ajma (parsley) and a little water and knead the flour.
- mix well.
- Then add a little water and make the flour medium smooth.
- The flour should be kept smooth so that the gathiya become very soft.
- Smooth texture, then add a little flour to check if the oil has arrived.
- Put a little bit of oil on the gathiya and put a small gathiya of flour on it.
- It will take the about 2-3 minutes to fry the gathiya.
- So ready cotton-like soft gathiya.
