    INGREDIENTS

    FOR GINGER-MINT LEMON SHARBAT:

    • 7 ice cubes
    • 1 inch gingercrushed
    • 5 mint / pudina leavesroughly chopped
    • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
    • ½ lemon juice
    • salt to taste
    • ¼ tsp peppercrushed
    • 1 slice lemon
    • 1 glass cold water

    FOR ROSE FLAVOURED LEMON SHARBAT:

    • 7 ice cubes
    • 1 tsp powdered sugar
    • 3 tbsp rose syrup / rooh afza
    • ½ lemon juice
    • 1 slice lemon
    • 1 glass soda water

    INSTRUCTIONS

    GINGER-MINT LEMON SHARBAT RECIPE:

    • firstly, take 7 ice cubes in a jar.
    • further add 1 inch crushed ginger and 5 chopped mint / pudina leaves.
    • also add in 1 tbsp powdered sugar.
    • squeeze in ½ lemon juice.
    • add salt to taste, ¼ tsp crushed pepper and 1 slice lemon.
    • pour in 1 glass cold water and mix well.
    • finally mix well and ginger-mint lemon sharbat is ready to serve.

    ROSE FLAVOURED LEMON SHARBAT RECIPE:

    • firstly, take 7 ice cubes in a jar.
    • also add in 1 tsp powdered sugar.
    • and add 3 tbsp rose syrup / rooh afza.
    • squeeze in ½ lemon juice and add a slice of lemon.
    • pour in 1 glass cold soda water and mix well.
    • finally mix well and rose flavoured lemon sharbat is ready to serve.

  • firstly, use cold water or soda water to refresh.
