    INGREDIENTS

    • 2 Tsp Chopped Onion
    • 2 Tsp Masala Peanuts
    • 2 Tsp Dabeli Masala
    • 2 Tbsp Boiled Mashed Potato
    • 2 Tbsp Wheat Flour (Whole)
    • 20 Ml Water
    • 1/8 Tsp Salt
    • 1 Powder Tsp Jaggery
    • 1/2 Tsp Tamarind
    • 120 Ml Water
    • 1 Tsp Oil
    • 1 Tsp Butter

    INSTRUCTIONS
     

    For dabeli stuffing:

    • In a pan, add 1/2 tsp oil, 2 tbsp boiled mashed potato, 2 tsp dabeli masala, mix well.
    • Add water and stir well, cook on medium flame for 23 min.

    For filling:

    • Take a left over chapati.
    • Spread 1 tsp sweet tamarind chutney, add potato mixture in centre.
    • Top it up with 2 tsp masala peanuts & 2 tsp chopped onion.
    • Roll and wrap it.

    For Roasting:

    • Heat pan, add 1 tsp butter, place stuffed dabeli roti wrap.
    • Roast it on both sides till crispy.
    • Serve hot.

    notes:

  • firstly, you can prepare the masala powder in large quantity and store in an airtight container.
  • also, stuff the aloo mixture and toast just before serving.
  • additionally, adding sugar to masala powder will enhance the flavour.
  • finally, dabeli recipe tastes great when sweetness, spiciness and tanginess are well balanced.
